Full Frontal Feminism

I have owned this book for a few years now, I must say, it is one of the best books on feminism I've ever read. It is written in a way that everyone can grasp, there's no intellectual jargon or intense theoretical mumbo jumbo.

Although I think that "dumbing down" feminism isn't necessarily how all literature on feminism should be, it make sit easy for someone with little knowledge on the subject to understand the basic arguments. This can only be a good thing. Also, the situations and examples that are discussed, are those of the everyday woman. It depicts some of the common ways in which women are oppressed and gives a clear opinion on how to look deeper into your own life and see that.

An excellent "starter book" for the young feminist. A definite birthday present for any teenagers daughters of my friends.
